Reduced Estrogen levels are the main cause of vaginal dryness. Estrogen, a female hormone, helps keep vaginal tissue healthy by maintaining a normal vaginal acidity level. Suggested Application: Three pumps on hand or finger to be applied vaginally or to the skin. 3 pumps = 1/8 teaspoon = .625 ml or about 1 mg Estriol USP. Use the least amount possible to control symptoms. Use in conjunction with a natural progesterone crème.
