Suggested Application: Start by applying 2 pumps (about 1/4 teaspoon). Apply to thin skinned areas like upper inner arms, inner thighs, neck and behind the knees. Four (4) pumps (about 1/4 teaspoon) equals about 10 mg Pregnenolone.
